Planes, Power, and Trump: The Post-Election Connection

Since the General Election on November 5, 2024, over 500 LADD-bearing two- and three-engine private aircraft have visited Palm Beach International Airport. Who owns these planes? Why were they there? Are they regular visitors to the airport? Who was on board? While I don’t have answers to all these questions, I aim to shed light on aircraft ownership and explore potential connections between Donald Trump’s circle and the wealthy, influential businesses and individuals in the post-election landscape.

Initially, I intended to conduct a deep dive into the data, but the sheer volume of aircraft made that impossible. Instead, I’m providing a list of aircraft with their FAA N-number, ICAO Hex ID, and registered owner. The ownership data is sourced from OpenSky and a database I’ve been maintaining independently for several years.

Due to the size of the dataset, I couldn’t include it all here. However, it’s available for anyone to view on Google Sheets. The dataset includes aircraft that took off from or landed at Palm Beach International Airport (KPBI) between November 5, 2024, and today, November 22, 2024. It focuses specifically on two- and three-engine jets classified under the type codes 'GL, GA, CL, LJ, FA, F, C, G, H, E, PRM' and bearing the LADD designator.
